One Eleven Holdings LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the FitRange mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information FitRange stores on your device, the limited information that leaves your device, and how it is used. By using FitRange, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. Our commitment is to ensure your personal data is handled with care and transparency as you track your fitness milestones and progress through the app.

Information We Collect

Information you provide: You may enter workout history, exercises, sets, reps, weights, body weight, training preferences, and goals to power progress tracking and your Everest climb. Your training data is never sent to us or to any third party. Data stored on your device: All of your training data is stored locally on your device. If you use iCloud Backup or back up your device to a computer, this data is included in that backup, which is managed by Apple or by you. Subscription information: Transactions are processed by Apple through the App Store. We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions and Superwall to display the subscription screen. We never receive or store payment card details. Subscription and app-use information: When you use the App, RevenueCat and Superwall receive an anonymous identifier created for your installation of the App, your subscription and purchase status, and events about your interaction with the subscription screen (for example, when it is shown or a subscription is started). They also receive standard technical information about your device: its vendor identifier (an ID Apple assigns for apps from the same developer; this is not the advertising identifier), device model, operating system and App versions, language, region and time zone settings, network type, and the date the App was installed, along with the IP address your device uses to connect. Superwall may use this IP address to estimate your approximate location, such as your country, region, or city. FitRange does not access your device's location. We do not link this information to your name, email address, or Apple Account. FitRange has no user accounts or sign-in, and the App does not ask for permission to access your device's advertising identifier.

How We Use Your Information

Your training data is used on your device to provide the App's features, track your training progress, and power your Everest climb. The subscription and app-use information described above is used to process and manage subscriptions, restore purchases, show the subscription screen, and understand how it performs so we can improve the App. Apple and RevenueCat also use purchase information to validate purchases and to detect or prevent fraud or misuse. If you email us, we use your email address, your message, and any information you choose to include to reply to you. This ensures a consistent and personalized fitness experience while maintaining the technical stability of the App.

Third-Party Services

FitRange uses specific third-party services: Apple/App Store for distribution and payments, RevenueCat for subscription management, and Superwall to display the subscription screen and measure its performance (paywall analytics). RevenueCat shares subscription events with Superwall so that both services refer to the same anonymous identifier. None of these services receives your training data. These services collect information as described in their respective privacy policies. We encourage you to review their terms. We only utilize these partners to facilitate essential app functions and improve your overall experience without compromising your general privacy rights.

Our Website

The FitRange website (www.fitrange.net) is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes visitors' IP addresses to serve the site. The website sets no cookies and includes no analytics or tracking scripts.

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide the App's features and as required by law. Training data stored on your device remains until you delete the App. Copies in your device backups remain until those backups are deleted. Subscription and app-use information held by RevenueCat and Superwall is kept according to their own retention policies, and you can ask us to delete it as described below.

Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, or delete it. You can delete all of your training data at any time by deleting the App and any device backups that contain it. Because your training data never leaves your device, we cannot access, correct, or delete it for you. To make a request about the subscription and app-use information held by our service providers, contact us at accounts@111holdings.biz. Because those records are anonymous and are not linked to your name or email address, we may need your help to identify them, for example with details of your App Store purchase. We are committed to honoring your data preferences and providing you with full control over the information you share with our mobile application.

Children's Privacy

FitRange is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Your workout data is stored on your device and protected by your device's own security, such as your passcode. Information sent to RevenueCat and Superwall is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. Users should remain aware that no digital platform is entirely immune to risks, and we advise caution with device security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date at the top. We encourage users to check this document periodically for any revisions.
